What is the Mountain Messenger

The Mountain Messenger is a monthly community newsletter and is published the 1st week of the month or thereabouts. It began in 1982 by the Clark Family and has been a community resource ever since.

We mail black and white hard copies to residents in the Coal Creek Canyon and surrounding areas.

The Mountain Messenger relies on the community - the residents, businesses and organizations of Coal Creek Canyon and surrounding areas to provide the publication with news and event updates.

We welcome all of our local talent to tell their stories and share news with their neighbors.

The Mountain Messenger is also a great resource for advertising and marketing opportunities. We rely on advertising to keep the publication in print.
